Larry D. Bonds Foundation 4 Life is a not-for-profit (501c3) foundation organized for the sole purpose of providing education and community outreach about the importance of organ and tissue donation, and providing support to donor and recipient families.
The Larry D. Bonds Foundation for Life (LDBF4L) opened the Tom Quertermous Memorial Apartment (TQ), and can now provide much needed housing for families of transplant recipients.The apartments are for heart transplant and VAD patient families who travel long distances to be near hospitalized family members. The Tom Quertermous and Casey Ann Hohman Memorial Apartments are managed and maintained by the Casey Ann Hohman Memorial Association. Larry Bonds is excited to have the opportunity to open an apartment in memory of his donor but wants it to be for all transplant patients because Tom Quertermous donated not only his heart, but also his lungs, kidneys and tissue.
Since its inception in February 2013, Larry D. Bonds Foundation for Life has given aid by providing help with utility bills, plumbing services and gas expenses for transplant patients, their families, and more.

To act as a liaison, advocate, mentor and provide physical and emotional support to pre and post transplant recipients and donor families. To help organizations educate the community about organ and tissue donation through registry drives and research.
